Once an offer has been created there are several actions that can be performed on them.
In the menu under Manage, select List Offers.
This will bring you to a list of available offers in the system.
An offer can have one of several states, NOT ACTIVE, ACTIVE, or PAUSED. Which management options are available depends on the state of the offer.
The options available based on the state of the offer are shown below. Details of the various actions are described after the section on the offer states.
NOT ACTIVE
If an offer is NOT ACTIVE because its start date is in the future, you can view its details, edit it, or delete it by clicking on the icons as shown.
If the offer is NOT ACTIVE because its end date is in the past and the offer is closed, you can only view its details.
ACTIVE
If an offer is ACTIVE, you can view its details, edit it, stop, or pause it.
PAUSED
If an offer is PAUSED, you can view its details, edit it, stop, or resume it.
Actions
More
Clicking on More will show you all the details for the offer, as well as which vouchers are associated with the offer. You can also edit the voucher from the list of vouchers shown.
Edit
Clicking on Edit will take you to the edit offer screen.
If an offer is ACTIVE, or PAUSED and the Start Date is in the past, you cannot modify these fields:
- Start Date
- Offer Value Amount
- Offer Price Amount
- Optional Field Label
- No new vouchers can be added
If an offer is NOT ACTIVE, and the Start Date is in the future, you can modify the entire offer.
Delete
You can only Delete an offer if it is NOT ACTIVE and the Start Date is in the future.
Clicking on the Delete icon will bring up a prompt for you to confirm that you want to delete the offer. Confirming that you want to delete the offer will remove it.
Stop
You can only Stop an offer if it is ACTIVE or PAUSED.
You can manually Stop an active offer by clicking on the Stop icon. Clicking on the icon will bring up a prompt for you to confirm that you want to stop the offer. Confirming that you want to stop the offer will end the it. After stopping it will be NOT ACTIVE and will be unavailable for guests to purchase it.
Pause
You can only Pause an offer if it is ACTIVE.
You can Pause an offer by clicking on the Pause icon. Clicking on the icon will bring up a prompt for you to confirm that you want to pause the offer. Confirming that you want to pause the offer will temporarily suspend this offer. While the offer is PAUSED, guests will not be able to purchase the offer.
Resume
You can only Resume an offer if it is PAUSED.
You can Resume an offer by clicking on the Resume icon. Clicking on the icon will bring up a prompt for you to confirm that you want to resume the offer. Confirming that you want to resume the offer will make it available for guests to purchase again.
