VENUE VALET SUPPORT REQUEST PROCESS
If you are having issues with the Venue Valet call button or digital signage system, please use one of the following methods to contact us with a support request and we will promptly respond with a status update and resolution action plan:
Email Support: send an email to support@venue-valet.com with the following information:
• Cinema name and site location
• Site contact person, email address and direct phone number
• Description of the issue you are having including any error messages you are seeing
• If possible, include any pictures of the issue so we can quickly determine a cause
