My Call Button Isn't Working

System Overview


When a call button is closed it completes a circuit between itself and a Hub that is located   in the auditorium. Current flows from the Hub, through the switch, illuminating an LED, then back to the Hub. For this to occur the electrical pathway between the Hub and the switch must be complete without shorts or open wiring.


In this photo you see the HUB mounted to the wall, it has an antenna sticking out. The HUB is plugged into the wall with the attached power adapter.  There are wires going from the HUB to the white coupler and from the coupler to the switch mounted in the arm box.  All these connections must be secure and free of defects for the call button to properly function.
