How to check that the hub has power

If you are experiencing a power failure on a row, or the buttons don't light up at the seat, the hub that controls that row may not have power.


First, you will need to locate the hub and power supply controlling the affected rows. It should be located near the rows it controls. Below is an image of a hub and its power supply. The hub is the black box with the antenna sticking You can contact support to help locate where the actual hub is installed. 



Once you have located the hub and the power supply, this video will guide you through checking the power to the hub.
