Update a Guest's Profile

This page will allow you to edit information on a guest's profile.


NOTE: If this guest is anonymous, editing this information will NOT convert it to a fully registered account. The guest will need to complete the registration process either via the mobile app or your website.


Log into your Venue Valet Engage account.


In the menu, select the search users item under Reporting.



You can search for the guest, by email, last name, or phone number.  



Click on the Edit User icon.



If the guest is a registered or loyalty user, you will see this screen.



If the guest is an anonymous user, you will see a similar screen with a warning that the guest is anonymous.




NOTE: If this guest is anonymous, editing this information will NOT convert it to a fully registered account. The guest will need to complete the registration process either via the mobile app or your website.


Once you are finished editing the guest's profile, click the Save User button. You should receive a message that the changes were successfully saved.
