An Introduction to Call Connect Reporting

Modified on Wed, 3 Apr, 2024 at 10:37 AM

Overview

Call Connect integrates with multiple points of sale for both tickets and food and beverage (F&B), as well as payroll services, to provide general reporting and real time visibility into sales to give you insight into the state of operations at your location.

The ticketing services that Call Connect integrates with include: RTS, Vista, and Veezi.

The F&B services that Call Connect integrates with include: Aloha, Vista, Toast, and RTS.

In addition to online reporting, Call Connect can be configured to send nightly and monthly reports via email.

Reporting

Online reports can be accessed from the menu at the top of the screen. Some of the reports require a username and password, which can be provided by Venue Valet.

Site Report

The site report is a comprehensive look at a single day's activity.

Overall ticket sales and occupancy information are shown. Ticket sales are also broken down by both film and screen.

F&B sales totals are shown, as well as breakdown by sales categories. Sales by either film or screen are also available. If the F&B integration supports dine-in vs. concession sales, F&B sales are also broken down to show those total and per-cap amounts.

If Call Connect is configured with a payroll integration, that is also shown on the site report. Overall number of employees for the day, total wages, and sales and admits per labor hour are shown.

Span Report

The span report is designed to allow you to compare the ticket and F&B sales and payroll data for up to three periods.

Payroll Report

The payroll report will give you a current look at the number of employees, hours worked, wages, sales, and admits per labor hour.

F&B Report

The F&B report will give you all of the orders for the time period selected.

Call Button Monitor

The call button monitor provides a near real-time look at both ticket sales/occupancy and F&B sales, as well as other information.

A more in-depth look at what the call button system does can be found in An Introduction to the Venue Valet Call Button System.

Seat Map

Seats with food orders are shown on the call button monitor, indicated by the fork and knife icon on the seat.

A summary of the daily F&B sales, as well as for the particular showing, is available in the Food & Drink tab in the bottom corner of the screen.

Service Summary

The Service Summary screen shows an overview of all screens at your location.

Tickets sold and the occupancy rate are shown for that particular showing.

The current total daily food sales are shown for that screen.

Call Connect can also be configured to show current sales and labor statistics for the entire location.
