Log into your Venue Valet Engage account.
In the menu, select the search users item under Reporting.
You can search for the guest, by email, last name, or phone number.
Select the Gift User icon.
This will open a window to allow points to be added to a guest's account.
Depending on how your Engage system is configured, you may see options to grant a stored value amount, loyalty points, or both.
Enter the number of points you wish to give to the guest. Note that if the guest is not already a member of the loyalty program, they will be automatically added to the loyalty program.
Click on the Give Gift button to grant the points.
The points should now be added to the guest's account. If the number of points granted causes the guest to cross into a new loyalty rewards tier, all of the rewards for the new tier will be applied.
The guest will receive an email notification that points have been added to their account.
Click on the More info icon.
Scroll down to the Transaction History section, and the added points should be visible.
